Privacy & Terms

This is a 15-day practical training program for aspiring HR professionals pivoting into recruiting as experienced candidates. It provides practical exposure and skill-building only. It is not a placement service. We do not guarantee jobs, interviews, referrals, or any hiring outcome, and we do not produce real corporate documents for use outside the training context.

Intended for individuals with prior professional experience who want to move into recruiting. It is not designed for absolute freshers. You must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully.

Account details (name, email, sign-in provider), your learning progress, mock-interview answers and scores, coach chat messages, and behavioral activity within the app. Learners authenticate via Google; we receive your name, email, and a Google account identifier. Staff accounts use email and a hashed password.

To run your dashboard, generate AI feedback and your behavioral profile, let instructors review cohort progress, and operate and secure the service. Mock answers and messages may be sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) solely to generate your feedback.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure and AI providers needed to run the service, or where required by law. Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt); sessions use signed cookies.

Your name, email, and interview answers may be shared with Flowmingo (flowmingo.ai), a third-party AI interviewer service, to run and score the AI Interview module. Flowmingo processes your answers under its own privacy terms. By taking the AI Interview, you consent to this sharing. You can decline the interview and remain on the course.

You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting the administrator at admin@hustlercaved.com. Disabling or deleting your account removes your access.

Use the skills you learn honestly. Fabricating credentials, forging documents, or misrepresenting experience to employers is outside the spirit and terms of this program and is your sole responsibility.

The program is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of employment or income outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustler's CAVED (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
